Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and operating systems.
  • Participate in projects deploying Windows-based solutions/systems
  • Assessing the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows servers, applications, and network connectivity.
  • Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
  • Analyzing system error logs and resolving issues reported by users.
  • Tracking and refreshing the Windows codebase.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to support ongoing projects and initiatives, providing technical expertise and guidance as needed.

Requirements

  • Being a team player who can work effectively in an onsite, young, and dynamic team with a strong willingness to communicate, learn, and embrace challenges.
  • Good English communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proven at least 2 experience as a Windows Administrator, with expertise in managing Windows Server environments.
  • Detailed knowledge of Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, and subnetting concepts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in setting up, deploying, and managing Windows servers.
  • Ability to develop scripts using Perl, Python, and comparable scripting languages.
  • Experience with databases, patching systems, and networking encompassing LAN and WAN.
  • Understanding of contemporary operating systems and server platforms.
