Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.
Motivate and lead project teams while collaborating with internal/external clients throughout the software development cycle until project completion
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Delivering completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products' performance.
Retrieve necessary information (e.g. user/client requirements and relevant case studies)
2. Office Admin:
Managing and assisting the internal team
Support in handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining data security protocols.
Provide general administrative support to the office, including organizing office events, meetings, announcements, etc.
Assist in informing about company regulations, preparing internal documents, and ordering office supplies
Managing office equipment and supplies inventory, ensuring adequate arranging repairs or replacements as needed.
Support in organizing office layout and workspace arrangements to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
Profound communication skills in Vietnamese and English are very important, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
From 2 years of experience as Project and Office Admin
Previous experience in project coordination and office administration within an IT company is an asset.
Familiarity with IT terminology, processes, and workflows is preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
The ability to adapt to changing priorities, work well under pressure, and handle unexpected situations
